Terms of reference and Members of the Review Committee for Indian Institutes of Management at Ahmedabad, Banglore and Calcutta appointed by the Government of India on November 28,1979.

Terms of Reference:

1. To review the working of the three IIMs in all respect since their establishment as centres of advanced education and research in Management.

2. To report on their organisational and administrative structures in relation to the aims and objectives with which the Institutes have been established and.

3. To advise on the broad fines of future development of the Institutes and to make recommendations on any other asp" regarding the development of management education training and research.
