(1) Item IV of Twelfth meeting of the Central Advisory Board of Education Ways and means of adoption of the modern Indian languages as media of instruction in Indian Universities. (of. para. 11 on page 18 and page. 37 of the printed proceeding of the 12th meeting).

Resolution of the Inter-University Board : "As it was understood that a new committee was set up for the purpose by the Central Advisory Board, the Standing Committee (of the Inter-University Board) did not wish to express a definite opinion until it had an opportunity to review that report.

Resolved that the consideration of the matter be deferred till the receipt of the *report from the Government of India".

2. Item XVI of proceedings of Thirteenth Meeting of the Central Advisory Board of Education.-Teaching and status of Physiology in educational institutions in India (vide para. 23 on page 18 and pages 115-118 of printed proceedings of 13th meeting).

Resolution of the Inter-University Board:

" The Board is in general agreement with the recommendations of the Sectional Committee of Physiology of the Indian Science Congress Association and commends them to various Universities for their consideration."
