The CABE Committee on Policy is deeply indebted to the Government of Andhra Pradesh for the excellent convention facilities offered by them for holding the meetings both in Delhi and in Hyderabad. The Committee also wishes to thank the various Ministries and Departments of the GOI, the State Governments, the Members of the CABE, and the NCERT who offered their comments on the NPERC report.

The Committee also expresses its deep appreciation of the outstanding work done by the Member-Secretary, Dr. R.V. Vaidyanatha Ayyar; but for his efforts the finalisation of this report would not have been possible in such a short time.
