1) Against normal capacity of 55-57 students in one class, 100-150 students are forced to join. 2) Private managements have not been given incentives or due recognition. 3) Representation of teachers union in Legislative Council has resulted in grouping, derelation of duty etc. There is no justification for continuing this representation. 4) Autonomy enjoyed by minority institutions be looked into.
