1) Primary education should be from class I to V. Minimum age for admission to class I be six years. Medium of instruction be mother tongue or regional language. Press and syllabus be uniform. Govt. schools be set-up at village and colony level. 2) In middle school mother tongue or regional language only be taught. National language may also be taught but qualifying in that should not be a pre-condition. At least one middle school be within 3-4 kilometres of the Panchayat headquarter 3) In high school classes i.e. IX and X, besides mother tongue or regional Language, another language of choice of the student be taught. At least one high school be provided within 5-7 km. from the tehsil headquarters or municipality. Vocationalisation should start at high sch. stage. Name : Sh.
