        1)   In the point  (5.5) of the National Policy on Education 1986  new 
                      point  of  'Universal level of  achievement'  Should  be 
                      added upto be more specific.
        
        2) The Adult Education programmes may confine to awareness 
                      of  national  and  societal  concerns  with   functional 
                      literacy.
        
        3) Literacy  drive  should be boosted and  the  objectives
