        1)            Students belonging to the elite societies be exposed  to 
                      backward and tribal areas.
        
        2)            In  rural  education the stress must be on  training  in 
                      activities/trades related to rural requirements
        
        3)            Rural education should encourage self employment  rather 
                      then job seeking.
        
        4)            Students of higher professional course like agriculture, 
                      engineering,   medicine  etc  during  their   one   year 
                      practical training in rural areas could impart  training 
                      to school children in rural areas in their own areas  of 
                      specialisation.
        
        5)            Rural  schools  may  be made  self  sufficient  by  some 
                      initial investment in land, building, etc.
                      
        6)            An   identified  lead  school  in  a   district   should 
                      coordinate  activities  of  all  rural  schools  in  the 
                      district.
