1) In education we must for sake the western model and learn from the experiments and experience in the Third world countries. 2) The 'Study Service' scheme in the Indonesian universities is worth consideration. 3) The study service scheme is compulsory for all post- graduate students. 4) Under the Study Service scheme student of at least two faculties have to stay in a village, study its problems, identity areas of deficiency, develop solutions and write dissortation on the experiment 5) The 'Study Service' is spread over three months. 6) In Indonesia there are a large number of private universities called 'Universitas Swasta' which charge tees and prepare students for a central examination. 7) In India the colleges can function as fee-charging private universities. 8) State-wise centralised examinations can be organised for students of colleges. 9) State may fund education of poor students in colleges.
