                                                     Board of  Governors.

        11.  One member to be appointed         Representing Management
             by the Vice-Chancellor             Consultancy Service.

             Bangalore or Calcutta in
             rotation.
        
        13.  Representative  of  the 
             Government of India - An 
             Officer of the Department of       Ex-Officio Member.  
             Science & Technology or

        14.  Vice-Chairman  of  the 
             University Grants Commission       Ex-Officio Member.

The Board may co-opt not more than two other persons to be members thereof. The Board may further co-opt two more senior Professors of this Institution to be members of the Board by rotation every two years.
