ii) 28th May, 1993 delivered a lecture on Inter-Personnel Relationship in NIEPA, New Delhi.
iii) 24th June, 1993 delivered a lecture on Open Learning for DAV Schools at New Delhi.
iv) 25th June, 1993 attended the Advisory Meeting of CASP project on education for slum children in Bombay.
iv) 22nd August, 1993 attended workshop on evaluation at Udang, West Bengal.
v) 29th August, 1993 delivered invitery address on education in the 21st century organised by APJ at New Delhi.
vi) 15th October, 1993 delivered a lecture on dynamic media and static structure at New Delhi.
vii) 28th October, 1993 delivered presidential address in the International Conference for Educational Technology in Delhi.
viii) Provided consultancy to the ODA Mission on elementary education in West Bengal from 1 to 10th December, 1993.
ix) Acted as Rapporteur, Member of Editorial Board of nine High Population Countries Summit on Education For All on 16th December, 1993.
x) Edited 4 issues of journal 'Media and Technology' for Ministry of Human Resource Development; and an International journal on Educational Technology published by Whilest Trend.
xi) Edited a book 'Optimising Human Learning' published by Amar Prakashan.
xii) Attended EFA conference on Sept. 7 & 8,1993 at New Delhi
Dr. R. L. Phutela, Director (Acad.) Participated in a three day training programmes on communications at New Taj Hotel, Delhi from 18th to 20th May, 1993.
Participated in National Seminar on Social Relevance of Education organised by Nehru Bal Samiti at India International Centre, Delhi on 18-19 October, 1993. He also served as a member on the steering committee of the seminar.
Contributed a paper on Open School - an Indian Experience and also presented the same at 14th International Conference on Learning Technologies for all organised by SEAMEO INNOTECH at Hotel Manila from 23rd 25th Feb., 1994.
