Higher Education Scheme

Collaborative research projects which involve institutional collaboration and there is flow of foreign funds for the research projects can be undertaken with the approval of Govt. of India. Such projects should conforms to the research priority of India and the subject matter of study and the out-put thereof is not likely to be sensitive or against the national interest of India.

Application in the above respect may be submitted to the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development , Department of Secondary Education and Higher Education.
