2. You should bring with you for
verification the original certificates, degree,
diplomas, proof of age, Date of birth Certificate,
experience certificate(s) and any research or other
papers that you have published in support of the
Education/research qualifications as mentioned by you
in your application.
3. If you are employed, you
should ensure that the original copy of your
application reaches this Ministry through your
employer before the date of your interview. You are
also advised to bring with you a ‘No Objection
Certificate’ to the effect that you will be
relieved by your employer in the event of your
selection.
4. The application form has to be
submitted in triplicate. You are requested to
fill these applications
forms, attach with them relevant documents such as
attested copies of all the certificates/degrees, mark
sheets, publication works including two
recommendations letters (in original) from two
distinguished persons who have knowledge about your
field work and support your application and bring the
same to the place of interview.
5. Candidates coming from outside
Delhi/New Delhi will be paid the cost of the Second
Class sleeper train fare, State bus fare (where rail
facilities are not available) from the place given in
your mailing address or actual travel, whichever is
shorter, to Delhi and back. Fare will be
admissible by the shortest route, and where return
tickets are available only the cost of such return
tickets will be paid. T.A. claim form is also
enclosed with letter, which may please be
completed and handed over when you appear for
interview. As interview
may continue till late evening, please get your return
journey ticket arranged keeping this in view.
6. It must be clearly understood
that the date and time of your interview are
finally fixed and cannot under any circumstances be
altered. You are, therefore, advised to take all
precautions to arrive in time.
7. If the degree and other
certificates are in Hindi, English version of those
certificates are also to be enclosed,
failing which those certificates in Hindi will not be
considered
